Reports to: Performance Division President

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

As a Project Manager for Eagle Sentry, you will be working on creating and completing long and short term plans for sometimes complex projects that involve many moving parts. This is a role that requires effective leadership, adaptability, and clear communication. You will work closely with the President, Chief Operating Officer, Elite Service Division Manager and more to effectively carry out your responsibilities. You will be trusted to nurture relationships with our exclusive builder partners. It's a role that hinges on successful collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Maintain excellent working relationship with our builder partners
  • Schedule technicians to achieve goals set forth by the builder
  • Coordinate weekly project billing meetings with accounting department
  • Visit jobsite as needed to verify quality of work and verify efficient work
  • Attend regular builder meetings
  • Maintain a clean schedule in Service Titan
  • Attend pre-planning meetings with sales and management team
  • Meet with technicians every morning for material needs and job updates
  • Assist engineering with job planning and design
  • Maintain excellent communications with builders and internal staff
  • Develop direct customer relationship through completion of job
  • Return all voice, text and email requests the same day
  • Make sure technicians are in uniform and prepared for their daily work
  • Verify all job completion checklists
  • Work with our safety coordinator to maintain a safe working environment
  • Verify inventory needs with warehouse and purchasing to make sure your department has sufficient stock.
  • Conduct weekly vehicle checks to make sure the company vehicles are in good order and are clean and maintained
  • Utilize Service Titan for accurate global scheduling 
  • Utilize QuickBooks Time for accurate employee timesheet Reporting
  • Utilize Geotab for technician location and trip related information
  •  Manage your team with respect and leadership

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a project management role, ideally in the A/V industry or related field
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred but not required)
  • Experience using Dialpad, Service Titan, GeoTab and/or QuickBooks Time a plus
  • Positive, can-do attitude required
  • Embrace an attitude of lifelong learning
  • Skillful in data management and analysis preferred
  • Proven problem solver that takes initiative
  • Result-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Proven track record of delivering superior customer service preferred
  • Proven team player mentality
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, including strong active listening skills and exceptional spelling and grammar 
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Be a genuinely nice person that brings a great attitude to work every day

Note: This is a full-time, onsite position.
