Eagle Sentry has worked in Southern Nevada homes since 1984. We are family-owned and run from one office at 3595 E. Patrick Lane, not a franchise routing your call out of state. The same company designs your system, installs it with our own technicians (never subcontractors), keeps it monitored, and comes back when it needs service.

We cover Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, Boulder City and Spring Valley, plus surrounding communities. If you don't see your area, call us. We probably serve it.

What we do in every community

• New installation: Security, smart home automation, audio/video, home theater, lighting control, motorized shades and Wi-Fi, designed for the specific home. Pre-wire for new construction and retrofit for existing homes.
• Service and maintenance: Troubleshooting, upgrades, battery and sensor replacement, and reprogramming. We also take over systems another company installed after reviewing what's there.
• 24/7 monitoring: Monitored 24/7 by Rapid Response, our UL-listed monitoring partner, with command centers in New York and California. Local guard response comes through Green Valley Security, our patrol partner.

How monitoring and guard response work

When an alarm signal comes in, Rapid Response handles it around the clock, every day of the year. Its command centers in New York and California back each other up, so your signal still gets answered if one center goes down. Every plan includes local guard response through Green Valley Security, our patrol partner, dispatched by the monitoring center when an alarm needs a response.

Monitoring plans start at $49.99 a month (Silver). Gold ($69.99) adds full Alarm.com app control and automation, and Platinum ($89.99) adds video-verified alarms and AI video analytics.

Why the area you live in changes the design

A 1990s stucco home in Green Valley, a new build in North Las Vegas, a hillside custom in MacDonald Highlands and a historic cottage in Boulder City need different approaches. Each city page covers what we look for in that area: wiring behind older walls, HOA and gatehouse coordination, builder pre-wire timing, afternoon sun on west-facing glass, and what summer heat and monsoon storms do to outdoor equipment and power.

How a project works, wherever you live

• 1. You reach out. Call or use the contact form. New projects go to a design consultant, service issues go to a service coordinator, and billing questions go to accounting. You'll hear back within one business day.
• 2. We walk the home or review the plans. For existing homes, a consultant looks at what's installed and how you use each space. For new construction, we review drawings and coordinate with your builder.
• 3. You get a written proposal. It lists scoped equipment and labor, not a range. Nothing starts until you approve it.
• 4. Our team installs and programs. Our own technicians do the work, never subcontractors. We walk you through the finished system before we leave.
• 5. We stay on it. Monitoring, service and changes come from the same local company.

Service hours and getting help

The office is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and we respond to new requests within one business day. Monitoring runs 24/7/365. Standard on-site service is $165 per hour with a one-hour minimum, remote troubleshooting is $150 per hour, and after-hours service is $250 per hour.
