Text Messaging (SMS/MMS) Terms
Eagle Sentry offers text messaging so we can communicate with customers about service — for example, appointment confirmations, dispatch and technician updates, and sharing service proposal links. By providing your mobile phone number to Eagle Sentry (by phone, in person, on our website, or on a signed service or monitoring agreement), you consent to receive service-related text messages from us at that number.
- We do not share or sell your mobile number. Mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties.
- Message frequency varies. You will typically receive messages only in connection with an active service request, appointment, or proposal. Message frequency depends on your interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to any messages you send or receive.
- Opt out at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further texts unless you opt back in.
