SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the Eagle Sentry text messaging program. By providing your mobile number to Eagle Sentry, you agree to these terms.

1. Program Description
Eagle Sentry (Sound & Secure, Inc.), a Las Vegas home security and smart-home integration company, operates a text messaging program to communicate with its existing customers about service. Through this program, Eagle Sentry sends and receives SMS/MMS messages such as appointment confirmations and reminders, technician dispatch and status updates, service follow-ups, and links to service proposals. Messages are sent only to customers who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive them.
2. We Never Share or Sell Your Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of mobile opt-in data and consent — including your phone number and the fact that you opted in — are excluded from any sharing or sale. Eagle Sentry does not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with any third party. Information may only be shared with service providers that help us operate the messaging program (for example, our SMS delivery provider), solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
3. Consent & Opt-In
Customers provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from Eagle Sentry when they request service, schedule an appointment, or request a proposal — by phone, in person with a technician, through the contact form on www.eaglesentry.com, or on a signed Eagle Sentry service or monitoring agreement. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message consent is collected on a per-customer basis for account and service-related communication only.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will generally receive messages only in connection with an active service request, appointment, or proposal, so the number of messages depends on your interactions with Eagle Sentry.
5. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges for messages you send or receive are billed by, and payable to, your mobile carrier under your wireless plan. Eagle Sentry does not charge for the messages themselves.
6. Opt-Out — Reply STOP
You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and will not send any further texts unless you opt back in. You may opt back in at any time by contacting Eagle Sentry.
7. Help — Reply HELP

8. Carriers & Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of Eagle Sentry’s control.
9. Privacy
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us, including the SMS-specific commitments above.
