Eagle Sentry has been family-owned since 1984, and our own technicians do every installation. Your alarm is monitored 24/7 by Rapid Response, our UL-listed monitoring partner, with command centers in New York and California. If one center goes offline, the other answers the signal. Every plan includes local guard response through Green Valley Security, our patrol partner, dispatched by the monitoring center when an alarm needs a response.

Hillside customs and view homes

Communities like MacDonald Highlands, Ascaya and the ridgelines around Anthem are built for the view. That means walls of glass, open floor plans and outdoor living spaces. The technology has to protect that view without cluttering it:

• Motorized shades that lower automatically as the sun moves across the glass, cutting glare and heat and protecting finishes from UV, then rise again when the sun has passed.
• Architectural lighting control with keypads instead of banks of switches, and scenes that light the home for evening without reflecting in the glass.
• Discreet audio and video: in-ceiling and landscape speakers, and TVs that disappear when not in use.
• Perimeter security for large glass openings: glass-break detection, cameras placed to cover patios and hillside approaches, and lighting tied to the alarm.

Hillside lots also bring wind and dust. We choose exterior equipment and mounting locations with that in mind.

Guard-gated communities

Much of Henderson's high end is behind a gate. That changes the security conversation. The gate controls the street, but it doesn't watch your back patio or tell you a slider was left open. We design around what the gate doesn't cover. On installation days we coordinate with the gatehouse and follow HOA guidelines for exterior equipment.

Established Henderson: Green Valley and beyond

Neighborhoods like Green Valley Ranch, Seven Hills and Tuscany Village were largely built from the 1990s onward, and many homes still have their original alarm panel. Those panels often can't support current monitoring or app control. A typical Henderson upgrade replaces the panel with a Qolsys IQ panel, adds Alarm.com app control and a few wired cameras, and reuses existing sensor wiring where it's sound.

Newer Henderson: Cadence and Inspirada

In newer master-planned communities, the best time to reach us is before the home closes, or even before drywall if you're building. Builder pre-wire packages usually cover the basics. We can add network drops, camera locations, speaker wire and shade power while the walls are still open.

Collectors and art

Henderson's view homes often double as galleries. Art brings its own requirements: lighting that renders color accurately without fading the work, UV control on nearby glass, and security that can protect individual pieces as well as the doors. We design lighting, shades and security together for collectors.

Outdoor living

Henderson homes are built for the backyard: pools, outdoor kitchens and covered patios looking over the valley. Outdoor audio, weather-rated TVs, landscape lighting scenes and cameras covering the pool all need equipment that holds up to summer heat and wind. We select and mount outdoor gear for those conditions and tie it into the same system as the rest of the house.
